  • Data Shared: When you enter a text prompt or upload an image of a homework task, this data is transmitted to Pollinations.ai to generate a response.
  • Purpose: Data is shared solely to provide the AI-generated content requested by the user.
  • Data Protection: We ensure that our third-party AI providers (Pollinations.ai) provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this policy. No personal identifiers (like your name or email) are sent to the AI service; only the content of your query is shared.
  • User Consent: The app requires explicit user consent before any data is sent to the AI service. Users can withdraw this consent at any time.

4. Camera and Media Access

NerdSnap requires access to your device’s camera and photo library to allow you to:

  • Scan and upload images of homework questions for AI analysis.
    Images are processed only for the purpose of text recognition (OCR) and AI analysis and are not stored on our permanent servers longer than necessary to complete your request.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

The app uses other third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

  • Google Play Services / Apple App Store Services
  • AdMob (for advertisements)
  • Firebase Analytics (for app performance monitoring)
