Mobile App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use come into force on 22, November 2021.

By downloading or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – so you should make sure you read them carefully before using the App.


Monotik Digital the developer of this application cannot in any way be responsible for any problems caused by the use of this application, direct or indirect damage/loss suffered by an individual/company due to the use of this application. This is an informational application and you use it at your own risk.

The application stores and processes the personal data you have given us for the purpose of providing our service. It is your responsibility to protect your phone and access to the app. Therefore, we recommend you not to jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by your device’s official operating system. This could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malware, compromise your phone’s security features, and it could mean the app won’t work properly or at all.

The application uses third-party services that declare their own terms and conditions.

You should be aware that there are certain things that Monotik Digital will not be responsible for. Certain features of the app require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi–Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but Monotik Digital cannot take responsibility for the application not working with full functionality if you do not have access to Wi–Fi and do not have any of your data remaining.

If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, please note that the terms of your contract with your mobile network provider will still apply. Therefore, your mobile operator may charge you data charges for the duration of the connection while accessing the application or other third-party fees. By using the App, you accept responsibility for all such charges, including data roaming charges if you use the App outside of your home area (ie Region or Country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please note that we assume you have received permission from the payer to use the app.

Similarly, Monotik Digital cannot always take responsibility for how you use the application, ie. You must ensure that your device remains charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to use the service, Monotik Digital cannot accept responsibility.

Given Monotik Digital’s responsibility for your use of the App, when you use the App, it is important to note that while we strive to ensure that it is always up-to-date and correct, we rely on third parties to provide us with information in order to make it available to you. Monotik Digital assumes no responsibility for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of your complete reliance on this application functionality.

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to periodically review this page for changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting new Terms and Conditions on this page.
